SHINING 3D EinScan Trak is a wireless 3D scanning system with marker-free tracking, two working modes, and a detachable handheld scanner. The system is designed for professional users who need to digitize large objects efficiently while also capturing details and hard-to-reach areas. With a 15 m³ tracking volume, tracking distance of up to 4 meters, scanning speed of up to 2,630,000 points/s, and resolution down to 0.05 mm, EinScan Trak is particularly well suited for automotive, reverse engineering, product development, vehicle modification, restoration, and industrial design. EXMeasure is included at no additional cost for the first year with the purchase of EinScan Trak. A one-year license card is included in the package.
Highlights
EinScan Trak is designed for professional users who need to digitize large objects quickly while also capturing details and hard-to-reach areas. The combination of wireless tracking and a detachable handheld scanner makes the system particularly useful when the same workflow involves both large surfaces and detailed scanning. The system is especially well suited for automotive, reverse engineering, product development, vehicle modification, restoration, industrial design, and technical documentation. Applications include scanning vehicles, large components, and other objects where both overall geometry and fine details need to be digitized.
EinScan Trak is designed for a flexible workflow with wireless, marker-free 3D scanning. The spherical scanner module features built-in retroreflective targets that allow the tracker to follow the scanner's position in real time. This means you can scan large, smooth surfaces without having to place physical markers on the object itself.
For applications where the highest possible accuracy is required, the use of global markers is still recommended.

EinScan Trak combines a tracking system with a detachable handheld scanner. In Tracking Mode, the system is used for large objects and extensive surfaces, while Handheld Scanner Mode provides greater flexibility when scanning smaller objects, details, and hard-to-reach areas.
The tracker can be moved during scanning to extend the scanning area. The handheld scanner can also be detached and used independently, making it possible to switch between the two working modes depending on which part of the object is being digitized.
Tracking Mode provides a 15 m³ tracking volume and a tracking distance of 800–4000 mm. This provides plenty of freedom of movement when scanning vehicles, boats, machine components, and other large objects. The system supports wireless scanning via Wi-Fi 6 as well as a separate LAN connection.
EinScan Trak features three laser modes for different types of geometry. 19+19 crossed laser lines are optimized for efficient scanning of larger surfaces. 7 parallel laser lines are used for fine details and sharp edges, while the single laser line is designed for deep holes and recessed areas.
This makes it possible to adapt the scanning mode to the geometry of the object and combine different types of data acquisition within the same workflow.

EinScan Trak can capture up to 2,630,000 points per second and offers a resolution of 0.05–10 mm. Different resolutions can be used within the same project, allowing areas that require more detail to be scanned at a higher resolution without having to process the entire object in the same way.
Data from Tracking Mode and Handheld Scanner Mode can also be combined within the same project. Different laser modes and resolutions can be merged to create a complete 3D model while reducing unnecessary data acquisition.

The integrated 5 MP texture camera can capture the colors and material details of objects. This also makes the system suitable for applications where visual information is important, such as cultural heritage, art, research, and AR, VR, and digital content creation.
EinScan Trak is designed for both indoor and outdoor use and can operate under strong ambient light conditions of up to 110,000 lux. The system can handle a wide range of materials, including black and reflective surfaces.
The tracker provides up to 5.5 hours of battery life, while the handheld scanner can be used for up to 3.5 hours. The batteries can be replaced during operation to enable continuous scanning. Four batteries are included as standard.
EXScan Trak is the scanning software for EinScan Trak and supports features such as smart merging of different scanning modes and resolutions, switching between laser modes, and tools for editing and feedback during scanning.
EXMeasure is designed for dimensional analysis and verification of scanned data. The software includes tools for flexible alignment, GD&T inspection, color map comparison, visual reporting, and automatic extraction of geometric features.
With the purchase of EinScan Trak, a 1-year EXMeasure license is included at no additional cost. A one-year license card is included in the package.
