1. Product Warranty
- All new machines sold on 3DPRINTU.AE are covered by manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims will be processed once the product is returned to our base. This is also known as Return to Base (RTB) Warranty. Shipping costs for warranty-related returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
2. Use of Website & Services
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this website.
- You agree not to misuse our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict accounts if misuse or violation of these terms is detected.
3. Pricing & Availability
- All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are inclusive VAT as applicable.
- Product availability may vary. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and suggest alternatives or refund the payment.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, graphics, product images, and text on this website are the property of 3DPRINTU.AE or their respective owners (such as partnered brands and manufacturers). - We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
