At 3DPRINTU.AE, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely across the UAE and GCC.
1. Shipping & Delivery
- UAE Delivery: Standard delivery across main areas of the UAE takes 1–3 working days. For remote areas, an additional 1–2 working days may be required depending on the courier service and delivery location.
- GCC Delivery: Orders shipped to GCC countries are typically delivered within 7–14 working days, subject to customs clearance and local regulations.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the next working day.
- Customers will be notified of any shipping delays beyond our control.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and vary based on delivery location and product size/weight.
- Free delivery may apply for selected orders/promotions.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment options:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), Apple Pay & Google Pay
- Online payment gateways approved by the UAE central bank.
- Local & International Bank Transfer.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) within UAE (area limits may apply).
4. Taxes & Duties
- All prices are subject to UAE VAT (5%), where applicable.
- For GCC deliveries, local customs duties and taxes may apply, payable by the customer.
